Hit the spot
I was so excited to get this roller, and it lived up to my high expectations right away. Hit the spot shall we say? It feels like a massage and you go from oof tight!, to eyes-roll-to-the-back-of your-head from relaxation. You can roll on the floor, or against a wall, and perhaps in other ways! The instructions it comes with are good, and I’ll be heading over to check out the more detailed ones on the website. So happy with my new lil buddy!

HARD, THOUGH !
Ok. I complain about how hard a tough it us but I kept it because that's what I said I wanted, but damn, it is painfully hard and tough on your back and especially your spine!

Great quality and works deep into muscles
This foam roller is super high quality and really gets deep into the muscles. The textured design helps target tight spots much better than a smooth roller. I use it after workouts for my back and legs, and it makes a big difference in muscle soreness. Definitely worth the price if you want a strong, effective roller.

Love! Good quality and price!
Great to get the soreness out! Our gym members love this options compared to the smooth rollers. The added notches give you a deeper roll and is great for after a leg day! If you're in the market for a new foam roller I highly recommend trying this one!

Loved it
I tried it at my gym, and I loved it. It really helps release those tight muscle spots. It’s firm, and the material is pretty good quality! I think the price is a bit high, but it is a great product.It hurts a lot when you first start using it if you have really tight muscles, but it gets better as you continue using it. I found it particularly helpful for hamstrings since it is harder to self-massage them and find the trigger points.

It’s like magic fingers!
I wanted something firm but not too aggressive. This is just right for deep tissue. The size is a plus too. I don’t feel like I’m going to fall off the edge.
