Only worked for 2.5 months but the Seller redeemed rating w/ great CS
Original review 1 star: The adapter worked well in the beginning with iPhone. Able to hear clearly with headphones and then 2.5 months later the adapter just stopped working during use. At the most the adapter was used once a week. The adapter wasn't dropped or mishandled. In fact it's usually placed on my night table when not in use. I tried contacting the seller regarding the warranty but to no avail. Highly recommend not to purchase this item.Update 12/7/22:Soon after I submitting the review, the seller contacted me and offered to send a replacement. Great CS! Thank you. Changing the rating from 1 star to 4 star.

So far so good
Works so far and is what it states. Fingers crossed it holds up because dongles and adapters are such a gamble.

Good if you're never using this adapter while your phone is in a tight pocket/pouch
I got this adapter to use with my corded workout headphones when I got my new iphone. For a while it worked great - the sound quality transferred well and I was able to use my workout headphones as before. However, after repeatedly using this adapter while my phone was snuggly tucked into my running belt, the connection between the adapter and my phone started to cut out. I'd be mid-run and have to stop to unplug and then reconnect the adapter to my phone. I think it's because of the "L" shape of the adapter and the pressure that was being placed on it while it was inside my running pouch. I've since switched to an Apple branded adapter that is just a short, flexible cord instead of this "L" shape thing and that one works much better in my running pouch. If you're not putting your phone with this adapter into a snug pocket/pouch on a regular basis, this adapter will probably work just fine, but if you're going to be shoving your phone into tight places while plugged into an adapter, you might want to choose a different model.

Compact with no issues
It works. Unlike another not so small brand, this one works without trying to kill my ears. It’s also smaller. I’ve had no faults with it and it doesn’t appear to impede sound quality.

So far so good.
I switched from a different model with a fine cord attached on the outside when I realized they do not last very long. It is disturbing when you think you are the only one listening, but you wake up your wife because the loud speakers are blaring away with the earbuds plugged in.It is too bad Apple has decided to do away with the reliable 3.5mm round audio jack on their devices.

It works.... mostly.
i got this to use with my earbuds. I have a wire dongle for them, however recently it kept making it so the screen would pause, or there would be weird audio issues. I figured this being one solid piece would be a good choice, and the angled adapter made sense. And the first day it worked pretty well, and i enjoyed it. However starting one week in, I noticed that if I had the adapter placed at a certain angle, you would hear the noise interference possibly of the cell signal over the earbuds. I used a couple of different pairs and got the same result. However If I turned the adapter the opposite direction, it worked pretty well without that interference so no big deal. However after a few weeks now it is also sending the right audio signal from barley any movement, and causing the show to randomly pause or lag out temporarily. Without using an adapter I have no issues, but I hate the stock earbuds that come with the Galaxy s20.So it does work, and thusly I give it 3 stars, as this may JUST be my use case for the device. However I really wish it was better, and i would not purchase this again.

long live wired earpieces.....
For those amongst us that still have wires to connect their headphones to their phones, here's a solution to the missing 3.5 mm jack socket.....a little yellow gismo that does the job...

Great customer service
When I first bought this it worked great for 3 months then stopped working. When the company saw my original review, they contacted me to ask for my address to send a new one and offered to refund me as well. The new adapter arrived the next day and is working just fine. I hope it lasts but if not, Mangotek said they are happy to replace defective units so I’m overall very happy with the service they’ve provided. Sound quality is good and you don’t get weird buzzing sounds like you might get from some other non-apple adapters.

Didn’t work
Didn’t work with either pair of Lightning headphones I tried (Sennheiser, Pioneer)

Disappointingly flimsy.
Product came and seemed good. Initially I really liked the rigid design as it’s compact and stable. Sound quality is perfect. However within a few weeks I developed problems. Firstly, the sound kept cutting out because the phone thought the headphones were disconnecting (so it paused). This became really annoying as unless I sat still, it would keep doing it. At first I thought it sat snug in the lightning port but as I inspected it’s quite wobbly. The big problem came when I was doing some housework and the cable caught on a door handle. It was yanked out (as my old Iphone6 headphones used to, annoying). However upon plugging it back in- the unit was dead. Cant get it to work now.So one moderate tug on the cable has broken it. I don’t think I will rebuy as I am concerned at the damage it does to the lightning port.
