At most you will likely smell of essential oils after using this, not the "rich red cedar and smoky vanilla aroma" the bottle states. BUT, it does clean very well. While there are reviews stating something about a skin reaction, I'd have to say that it just depends on the person's skin. Everyone reacts differently, my skin is fine. Also, the essential oil smell isn't overpowering of deodorant or cologne. It's very subtle by the time you dry off. It is a great bodywash if you aren't looking to pare your cologne or deodorant scent with anything and just want to feel clean.

The body wash made a good lather, and I think the smell is nice and manly (more importantly, my ladyfriend likes it and can't get enough of it). It seems suitable for all purposes, but I would suggest not using it on your face. I would recommend this product to anyone in need of a good, clean smelling body wash that they can rely on.

I bought this for my husband after he kept having to use my "girly" scented products, and he's loved it. I was concerned about the overwhelming bourbon smell, thinking he might get pegged as a heavy drinker at work, but it's actually really subtle. It smells nice and clean and after one of his showers, the bathroom continues to smell really good. My favorite part is that it's cruelty free and is relatively natural without being sticky, drying, or rough like some other "natural" products out there. It lasts a while with the pump, so we've had it for a few months and now I'm back on here to re-order.
