This food storage container is fantastic. It holds a large amount of pet food and the airtight seal keeps it fresh and odor-free. For years I figured we'd never need anthing like this. We always had a 30 or 40 pound bag of hard food in a corner corner and whenever it neeed to get moved I'd either pull it somewhere or my husband would carry it to another corner of the kitchen while I cleaned. Well after years of living like this quite well, my husband picked up the bag the other day and --- the entire bottom fell out! 35 pound of kibble all over the kitchen floor. The dogs were in heaven and they all helped as we cleaned up the mess. Apparently what happened is that some time overnight either one of the dogs or the cats was able to dump out the entire water dish which all ended up under the paper bag of dog food. What a mess!! So after spending an hour trying to get things cleaned up I knew it was time to find a solution so that this won't happen again. I found this perfect plast rolling bin that holds all the food, has a secure cover, and can be moved anywhere. Super simple to put together - just stick the wheels into the holes on the bottom of the plastic container and attach the lockable lid. 1 minute! The Husky thinks this is his new personal dinner bowl and insists on pushing it over by the fridge where his dinner bowl is located. Not sure what his plans are but I can't wait to find out.

Assembly is so easy. No tools required. Wheels pop on the bottom and the lid snaps on the back then the seal and latch line up for an airtight seal. I have food in it with a cup inside to scoop it out when needed. The wheels roll smoothly so using it from my electric wheelchair is easy. I've added it to my lists so I can get one for the birdseed, rice, oatmeal and dried beans. It's sturdy. The transparency is brilliant, so I can tell when to refill. Magnificent product.

I love that the bin is clear enough to see how much is left at a glance. My only tiny wish is that it came with a scoop, but I just toss one inside and it works fine. These containers work perfectly for me. I bought two of them. Use one to hold 16 pound bag of dry cat food and the other for litter storage. The wheels pop on easily and I like that I can move it about without any lifting. The lid snaps on and keeps the food fresh. Great quality for what I paid.

This arrived along with a 25 pound bag of dog food I ordered from costco and it all fit in there with a bit of room to spare. So it worked out great. I also ordered this scoop : Dog-Cat Food Scoop 3/4 Cup / 6oz, Aloxina Thickened 304 Stainless Steel Pet Food Scoop with Long Handle to keep in the bin so I get the right amount of dog food each time. This will keep it dry and fresh. I wasn't expensive but it's good quality to do what I needed it for !!

This was a great purchase for the price. It keeps the food airtight and mobile. The lid pops off the hinge occasionally if you’re rough with it, but it pops back on just as easily.
