Quality mini food processor speeds prep and easy to clean
We always cook for family during the holiday and wanted an easier way prepping everything from garlic (mince) to onions (dice) to parsley and more (Italian meatballs for the win). Many food processors struggle to get consistent chop - but this one works GREAT - very good consistencies and at all sizes. Saved us a lot of time and even small cuts we get every year. (Don’t judge). It is easy to assemble and comes ultra sharp, It’s now living out on our counter and a regular part of our prep.

Mini-Prep Food Processor a Great Product!
Really great for small jobs like chopped veggies, salsa, dressings, marinades and dips- easy to use, fast, powerful and easy to clean. Very safe if careful with extra sharp blade when washing. Highly recommend! Great pricing on Black Friday too.

Very easy to use
I have the larger Cuisinart food processor and really like it, but it is much heavier and too large for chopping a small amount of walnuts. I bought this one primarily just for that purpose. It is very easy to move around, very easy to assemble, operate and take apart to wash. It does chop the nuts very well-the size of chopped nuts is determined by how you operate the 2 control buttons. In the past I have had excellent customer service from Cuisinart in case there is a problem while product under warranty. The price of brushed chrome color model I purchased from Amazon was very reasonable.

Sturdy little machine with a couple of cons...
This is a good little food processor. It took me a while to pick one, especially because there are so many out there. Here are my lists of pros and cons after having this little guy for months: PROS: It is light-weight and easy to store as it pretty small, it is easy to clean, grinds up stuff really fast (it is a powerful little machine), and it is perfect size for a bit of hummus, or grinding up beans or nuts for a recipe. CONS: It is SO loud - every time I use it I feel like I need to wear earplugs. This is my first ever food-processor, so noise may be typical. I was just surprised by how piercingly sharp the grinding sound was. Also, It is almost impossible to emulsify anything unless the liquid I'm pouring in is the consistency of water as that is all that will go through the tiny holes in the top. So if there is any thickness at all to the liquid using to emulsify, I either have to revert back to a blender or pour in a bit and blend and pour more then blend again. I wish the little area of the top with the holes was removable to do this. I make little batches of hummus and dressings, and it would be nice to have the ability to pour in consistently and slowly. Even with these cons, I will use and keep this little machine until it no longer works. It was worth the money, and as a "food-processor newbie" it was way easier to use than my blender.

Chops well - cleans easily - small enough to live on the countertop
This little food processor is an awesome addition to my kitchen. Honestly, it gets dinner started for me so quickly (my mom used to say 'while you decide what to make for dinner, start peeling and chopping an onion'). This takes most of the work (and tears) out of that little chore. Things I love about the cuisinart miniprep: 1 - size - it's small enough to live on the counter - its big brother is such a pain to drag out of the cabinet, find the right blade, set up, run, breakdown, clean and put away that it only comes out for the big jobs. This little mini processor is only about as big around as a roll of paper towels, and not as tall. Very worth the counter-space, but also compact and light if you store it in a cabinet and need to get it out. Ease of access makes this a great addition to my kitchen 2 - effectiveness - honestly, i mostly use it for chopping up onions or other vegetables. (oh, i made herb butter in it too that came out really good). I think it does quite a good job. Like any processor, the longer you run it the finer the pieces. I find that one medium yellow onion, peeled and quartered, takes about 4 pulses for a coarse chop, and about 7 pulses for a fine enough chop for my husband, who hates onions - or at least hates them coarsely chopped. There is a reverse direction that can be used to grind. I really have not used that feature enough to fairly evaluate. 3 - cleanup. There are four pieces to this processor. The motor/base, which plugs into the wall, the bowl, the blade, and the lid. I wash the bowl, blade and lid in the dishwasher - top shelf - so clean up is a breeze. the base wipes down easily with a damp cloth. 4 - sound - i usually warn anyone watching TV that 'it's going to be a little loud.' before i pulse, but really it is a pretty quiet machine. Depending on what you're chopping, it's likely that the actual noise of the chopping will be much louder than the motor (wish that were true of my ninja blender). And really the bowl is pretty small so the chopping goes fast. All in all - this is a little workhorse of a processor. Maybe a bit of a one-trick pony (staying with the equine metaphors), but one that sees frequent enough use in my household that it gets a permanent spot on the countertop. It's held up well for a few years with no decline in performance, and I can honestly say, it's one of my favorite appliances.

Most important tool in my kitchen!
Best helper in my kitchen. I use it daily. Can’t imagine cooking without it. Saves me time and effort. Great quality appliance. Motor, cup, blade and lid last long time. Only had to replace motor once in 25 years.

Works great
Best little chopper / grinder out there. My 20 year old one died and I replaced it with the same model. Makes the best Chanukah Latkes!

Time Saver food processor
This is my second mini Cuisinart processor. I use it frequently. I have never used the larger models but this is a handy size, easy to use, and meets my culinary needs. I highly recommend this product. It would also make a lovely gift for someone just starting to set up a first kitchen or a wedding gift.

This is not suitable in our family . To operate this a additional requirement is required which I don't want to buy.

Es un buen procesador prácticamente para raciones para 2 personas, muy fácil de usar, uno presiona los botones el tiempo necesario para dejar el picado o batido de los alimentos según nuestras necesidades. Muy satisfecho

NOT FOR THE EU COMES WITH A US PLUG!!! I can smell the engine when I run it even when using an adaptor. I think the wattage is too high for the EU. Also can’t put the barrel in the dishwasher or food gets stuck in side the handle and it has a special type of screw to unscrew it so I can’t get it clean. Don’t buy.
