I suffer bronchial issues in the fall and winter. This is my first time using this particular type of supplement. But I have purchased Gaia before and was pleased with the quality, quantity. And price for the products they sell. I trust the brand. I hope to have a good experience this fall and winter using it. So far it has met my expectations.

Very easy to swallow

It’s mushroom powder, it’s a capsule, so none of these questions qualify, and it takes time to absorb foods benefit. My point is this is a useless observation, unless you contact me back in about a month

The product didn't help at all. Even the placebo effect didn't help; very disappointed. If I can return it, I will do this.
