MR18 18-Input Digital Mixer for iPad/Android Tablets with 16 Midas PRO Preamps, Integrated Wifi Module and Multi Channel USB Audio Interface

This mixer is compact and feature rich. There is a bit of a learning curve to use it well. The provided software on my Mac and Tablet work well enough. There are so many videos out there to learn from. This item has been a game changer in my studio and would be easy to take to small gigs as well. No more snake! Reviews say not to rely on built in WiFi. I hook it up to my home network and have a spare WiFi router I could use live. The mixer also replace my audio interface with separate channel sends.

I've had a number of the related Behringer digital mixers-X32 console, X32 rack, MR12, MR16, MR18 as well as a Soundcraft ui12. They're all amazing what they can do for the $$. When I saw this Midas MR18 discounted to $649 I decided to sell my Behringer MR18 & MR16 & get this Midas. It's operationally & physically identical to the Behringer MR18. The difference is it's got Midas "pro" mic preamps (as opposed to Midas 'designed' preamps) & stronger output levels. The 'pro' mic pre's are superb. Not night & day, but definitely a noticeable improvement. I can send line level into the mic pre's with absolutely no signal degradation. That's not always the case in other units.

the best investment for your band or PA. I love the MR18 especially because every channel has great EQ capability as well as EQ for MAINs & Monitors. The sound quality and functionality of the MR18 is astonishing. I love it.

Great interface

the unit kept getting hot and then shutting down. i would have to wait at least 10 minutes before powering back up and then it would shut down again. this unit was open rack mounted by itself so issues of being enclosed and not vented is not the problem. sent it back

Compré este equipo durante un viaje, y por las mismas cuestiones no tuve ma oportunidad de probarlo. Cuando regresé a mi hogar lamentablemente el equipo no funcionó, y me percaté de algunos tornillos sueltos en el interior. Para mi suerte el equipo tuvo arreglo, pero no pagas un equipo de más de $800 para pagar nuevamente por su arreglo, no? Satisfecho con el equipo, pero descontento por el arreglo. La unica razón por la que no le pongo menos estrellas es porque fuera de ese problema, el equipo es de lo mejor que pude haber adquirido.

Been using this for over a year now. Excellent choice for a 4 piece band with multiple instruments and vocals being used. The wireless capability has not failed and is dependable. I use an iPad to remotely control it. Its also rugged as its fallen once 4 ft. Light and portable with a ton of DSP options.

Toda la funcionalidad que una XR18 pero mejor por sus componentes internos... Excelente mezcladora digital para eventos medianos o pequeños.

Suona bene, gli effetti sono belli, è facile da configurare e offre molte opzioni di routing sel segnale per andare incontro alle esigenze che hai previsto e a quelle che ti vengono in mente durante l'utilizzo. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. L'ho preferito all' X-Air 18 perchè i convertitoti midas sono migliori e i connettori neutrik sono più robusti. Essendo molto diffuso si trova un sacco di materiale in rete e gruppi di appassionati che hanno postato la soluzione dei piccoli problemi di configurazione per esigenze particolari. Il sw è fatto benissimo con la forma mentis del musicista e non dell'informatico. Per questa cifra si riescono a fare cose di alta qualità che solo qualche anno fa erano impensabili. Rispetto alla Daw si comporta da interfaccia audio con 18 in e 18 out. Davvero un prodotto azzeccato.
