Lasting mat. I’ve had it 9 years now.

I bought this mat for my at-home practice. It's a decent mat, but it is slippery on my hands in downward dog. The cushioning is OK, not great. I would say overall, it's a decent mat if you're on a budget, but I think my next mat will be a better brand.

Great soft mat with beautiful colors but needs another sticky mat under to stick to the floor

i love this mat. It is the right thickness (not too thick or thin). It does not slip in normal conditions. The mat is light to carry. I wore one like it out after many years and tried a couple of rubber mats that I did not care for. I also have tried others which were promptly donated. Hands down this mat is my first choice.

I have only used this mat about 10 times since I received it, and have found that it's very slippery. It's been the same each time I've used it. For example, in downward dog, my hands slide forward and off of the mat. I have to use a towel for a lot of poses and did not anticipate having to do so based on other reviews. Wouldn't recommend.
