I tried this big net out for the first time and was very impressed! My campsite was very buggy but this net really kept them out of my hammock. It’s also longer than other options which is great as my hammock is on the longer side. Would definitely recommend. Just be aware that the rope it comes with isn’t the longest- I had to use my own longer rope but this is an easy fix.

This style with with the horizontal zipper is so much better than a vertical. It opens up easier and allows you to swing your feet out to excite and enter. I’ve had mine over three years and use it every week in the warm months and everything is still in good shape. I’ve taken it on several back country trips and it holds up to the swarms well! It’s large enough that I can fit my underquilt and hammock in easily and it's still loose enough to keep the bugs at a distance. I leave the bug net, hammock and underquilt together and just pull my Bear Butt snake skin over all of them. And store in a large compression sack. Then it’s easy to deploy all at once and protects everything from snagging out in the woods until it’s safely hung. Then I remove the snake skin, fluff things up, and it’s ready to climb in. Takes 2 minutes! If this one ever dies, I’ll buy it again.
