Seems to be working I see a lot of improvement facial hair growth is less and hair is getting thinner. Moods a lot better and my energy levels are improving. Pills have no smell. They are nice is size easy to swallow and digest. Very good product will recommend to anyone that needs it.

I have been using this product since the Fall of 2024, but didn't realize how much I really loved it until I stopped using it for a week and a half and had the most horrible symptoms (not hair related). For hair loss, this product works! I was blessed with naturally thick hair, but have struggled with intermittent excessive shedding and overall thinning for decades (since my mid twenties and I'm now late 40's). I wanted to try something to slow the thinning and heard that Saw Palmetto can help some women. It definitely seems to have halted my intermittent excessive shedding and I can see increased regrowth in areas. Others have commented how great my hair looks. OK, so for me, it seems to be working for my hair. I take 2 capsules a day, not 3, as I am petite. I also didn't seem to have any negative side effects. Now, on to the other, more significant benefits, that I didn't realize were present, until I went off it recently. Almost immediately after stopping my doses, I had trouble with middle of the night insomnia. I've never been a great sleeper, but with much work, I had gotten my sleep routine tuned in so I could sleep 7-8 hours a night. Even if I woke up, I could go back to sleep. Without this, I couldn't sleep more than 6 hours a night, and usually 5. I tried stopping all the new supplements I'd introduced to try and tame my perimenopausal hormes, convinced it was one of those. Sleep problems persisted. I was also excessively stressed and anxious during the day and demonstrating lots of signs of high cortisol. Well, after a quick Google search, I discovered Maca Powder is an adaptagen and can help regulate cortisol! I resumed taking my 2 capsules a day, and my sleep was restored! I also feel more resilient to stress during the day. I LOVE this stuff!

It seems to be reducing the number hairs falling out after trying it for 5 weeks. Hoping it gets better with more time too.

I have been using this product for six months and I have noticed a marked improvement in my overall hair density and fewer hormonal acne outbreaks. My fingernails have also been breaking much less often. I definitely recommend. They do not have an offensive smell. The pills are capsules and are a little big but are not uncomfortable to take. Overall good quality and very effective.

I ordered this product because I was experiencing thinning hair entering into the "change of life". I had read that Saw Palmetto was helpful for this, but wanted to be sure I was taking a formulary for women (Saw Palmetto is most commonly taken by men for prostrate health). I have been taking this supplement for about three weeks now & I am noticing a difference. I am seeing new hair growth, which is great, and & am not experiencing any side effects of note. Some women taking this product may see an increase in growth in some places you'd rather not (like your face), but if losing your lovely locks is a concern, this is a minor inconvenience as far as I am concerned. I do notice thought that if I forget to take this for a day or two I do experience hot flashes again. As Saw Palmetto increases & balances estrogen for women, if you are post-menopausal as I am you may (or might not) experience the same if you stop taking this supplement until your levels drop again. The capsules were easy to swallow, left no funky aftertaste & had not funky smell in the bottle. Win-win for me. The only minus (which is really more about personal preference) is I wish they were contained in GLASS instead of plastic. That said, overall, a good value and positive experience at this price point. Would recommend.

I bought this supplement for my hair health. In my late 30s, I have been thinning out and losing hair especially on my hairline. I've read a lot on alternate medicine web sites that Saw Palmetto is believed by many, to work wonders at remedying hair loss and regrowing your lost hair and thickening hair. So far after taking this for almost 2 months , I have not noticed any difference at all. Nobody on this Amazon site says how long you have to take it to notice a regrowth of lost hair and thicken your hair on your scalp. My best guess is you have to take it everyday for at least 4 months or more to see real results- that is- if it even works to begin with. Anyhow, it seems to me it is quality Saw Palmetto ; and, at the nice low price, I didn't mind buying a 2nd bottle and I will buy a 3rd and maybe 4th later. Because I do not like swallowing pills, one thing I really like is how I can easily twist the 2 halves of each capsule off and pour the powered Saw Palmetto on a tablespoon to take. The taste is fairly mild and pleasant and drinking it down is so simple. I give this product 3 stars. When I see that it is actually regrowing the receded hair back on my head, then I'll gladly update this to 5 stars.

I purchased this product earlier this year. Hair loss is much less and quite a lot of new growth. The new hair is now 2 inches long. Product does what it’s meant to do. I also use shampoo to assist with hair loss. Recommended.

I dunno about hair as much but its great for women who are experiencing hirsutism n hormonal imbalance i usef it along with spearmint tea n it worked great, as long as hair are concerned i guess it only worked like 20 to 30 percent
