I had similar cases in the past for my son but the surrounding rubbers were flimsy and not sturdy at all. This one is very sturdy, shockproof rubber is thick, and comes with two outer frames. One with a built in screen protector while the other doesn't have it. This to me is pleasant and have the choice of using either of them. I chose the one without since we already have a screen protector installed on the Ipad.Some may complain that the case is heavy, but again, isn't that the whole point of having a shockproof case? It's worth mentioning my son broke his screen twice with cases installed that were supposedly shockproof.

Bought for grandkids ipad. Good protection and they love the strap to carry them around their neck like a crossbody bag. Has a very sturdy hand strap on back with velcro to fit their hand that will rotate . Stand also on back to sit it up for a hands free . Easy for them and they like having options on their case. Very nice colors to choose from. Very satisfied with the quality and the protection. Purchased 2 of them !
