I was drawn in by the reviews and couldn't wait to recieve because I get really fed up with softeners. I'm not blown away by this product and I was dissapointed. I'm not saying I don't like it, it's okay and pleasant enough. However I'm now on my 2nd bottle and it is very thick and lumpy and the smell just wasn't there and actually didnt smell great at all. Also the machine isn't taking the liquid from the dispenser. My daughter suspects it's a bad batch and this current bottle is off and I think shes probably right. I dont know how long this box has been sitting in the warehouse or wherever and perhaps it's out of date but I've opened the 3rd bottle having put the offending bottle to one side and the liquid in this bottle is definitely thinner. Would I chance again? Probably not is the honest answer.

Love using this when doing my washing. Makes them smell lovely n helps keep things softer for longer too. Worth getting as works out cheaper then the supermarkets.
