I don't know how these things work, but they really do. They are very easy even for kids to take. If you start it right away when you notice symptoms of a cough or congestion coming on, they are very effective at preventing it from getting worse and helping shorten the severity and duration of symptoms. I have been happy with almost every Boiron product I've tried, and I love having a natural product that actually works and that I don't have to fight with my kids to take. I've only discovered and tried this particular product within the last 6 months, and it has become a permanent staple in our medicine cabinet.

Our whole household uses this brand in different forms. It works and it comes in liquid for smaller children, these pellets and disolvable tablets. Some people may say its a coincidence but I think it reduces the severity of our symptoms and the duration.

We used to use the Mucinex Kids Granuals every time our kids were sick. I discovered these which give you so many more for a similar price. My kids love these. The small balls are easy to swallow and come in a convenient tube for travel. My kids say these taste great. We've purchased them twice now and both times were highly satisfied

These pellets have been a big help for my daughters when coughs or congestion hit. My younger one is super picky with medicines, but she actually takes these without a fuss..they dissolve quickly and don’t taste bad. They really do seem to loosen coughs and make them more productive, but you need to follow the directions closely, 5 pellets every hour for a few hours, otherwise you won’t notice as much relief. If you start them as soon as a cough begins, they work best. I also feel better giving these compared to cough syrups with dextromethorphan or other strong meds since these are homeopathic and gentle for kids. It’s a great option to keep on hand for early cough symptoms.
