Does this pen have the rubber grip at the front?

No it does not. This is the sleeker, more professional looking version, which I prefer. If you want the rubber grip, keep looking at the other versions. The grip is pretty easy to discern in the photos.

Can 2 or more pencil components be installed in this pen alongside ink components?

You can definitely put the gel refills, but I believe you need to buy a special refill/adapter to add a pencil to the body. Hope this helps!
