Better than kitchen towels on my stove hood
Really good for tacking under my stove hood as that's where the cold air comes in in the winter. It's easier using this than a bunch of kitchen towels (a lot harder to do). I'll probably try and get a wider one next year. I used three pieces to put up. It's working better than the towels. Keeps the cold air out which is so needed when the temps get down in the teens or lower. This is a good thickness for my purposes. I use duct tape to stick it up and it doesn't fall down. I think it will be ok to use again each year.

Light insulated and has a real good sticky glue to hold it in place.
Worked perfectly for I needed as a cover and insulation for the door panels I made for my 1971 GMC pickup. It was easy to apply to panel board used to apply the vinyl cloth.

Worked great in a firearms cabinet.
I have an old steel rifle cabinet from the 1980's, and the cheap foam that lined the bottom started dry-rotting years ago. This looked about the right thickness for replacement, so I ordered it. It filled the job better than the original foam. It's denser and offers good cushioning, yet isn't too rigid. The original foam was too soft, so this was a perfect way to replace the original. I also added it to the internal shelf which never had foam, and it too worked well. Easy to cut, easy to slide into place. I took one star off, and hesitantly. It came rolled up, and was secured with tape. The tape stuck to the foam so well, that removing the tape tore the surface of the foam just underneath. It needs something better to retain it in a roll, without tape which damages the foam somewhat. It didn't really cause me any issues, but I think they can do better.

Better than Neoprene Contact Cement and a lot faster.
It's a simple matter of measuring and cutting with scissors to get the right sized piece. Getting the waxy paper off is a little tricky because you don't want to touch the adhesive surface with your Big Greasy Fingers. Just pick-off a corner and pull it part-way leaving the rest of the strip covered. Then start your assembly by pressing the sticky part with the rest of the (covered) strip aligned in the right direction. It helps to have a solid surface and the parts that you're putting together held down with clamps or weights. Then pull the rest of the paper off the sticky surface and press down as you go. This is a coordinated action, but after you've done it a couple of times you'll have it done in a professional way. The glue is strongest if you really press it down on the parts being joined. For something like an arm for a wetsuit (which is a cylinder) you can make a support as a cylindrical form that fits INSIDE the arm so you can press the adhesive strip to good advantage rather than doing it on a flat surface and then bending the assembled arm which puts stress on the adhesive connection. Very strong adhesive- hasn't unstuck once! -If for some reason it doesn't (like there's an air bubble or a dirty greasy edge) you can still use the nasty Neoprene contact adhesive to make it all good.

Pretty good but not great
Item is pretty much as described, although it is supposed to be 24 inches wide and is only 23 3/4. Important if you need it to be a full 24. Adhesive appears to be holding and insulation properties are pretty good, but the foam side is not very durable and is easily scuffed/torn. Came in a roll that was doubled upon itself at the center, and this portion of the foam will not lay flat, even after pressing it and reverse rolling it.

Air conditioner sheets.
This should come with every window air conditioner. It keeps out the air/wind coming thru cracks

Noise and heat/ cold insulation!!
I took the 1/3 rd of thickness insulation for my Promaster , which sticks onto the surface very good and you can work really precisely into corner and edges with it !!..You have to be careful not to stretch it too much out or trying to displace it after you pressed it already in it's place, because it will rip a part easily!!!....No bad smell at all, and I got the job done in just 2 days !!..You have the option of different thickness you can choose from, therefore it's easy-to-use!!..
