Poor customer service
Laptop ok. Laptop comes with customer service sticker. Phone call and mail id. No one is picking call even after multiple attempts. No response to email id. I should have bought in local sevice centres. Better.

Few scratches here and there, but working as promised.
Battery life is holding good, processor is fast, mark of burn on one corner but hardly noticeable.
