No,it is not! I work outside and the first time I wore it, with a slight mist in the air, I looked like I had 2 black eyes!

Is this mascara hypoallergenic?

It doesn’t say it is. However, I have extremely sensitive eyes and my his mascara does not irritate them! And it’s awesome!

is there a waterproof version?

I dont know of 1 for this type, the brand does offer some waterproof ones
