my doctor recommended after bone density scans
the tablets are a bit large, but i can get them down, no after effects, i usually take at night before bed.

I checked with my doctor, and she told me that this was the perfect blend for people needing a calcium supplement. I highly recommend it.

BIG!
I’ve only been taking these for a week so I can’t say I am benefiting from them. My advice is if you have swallowing issues try something else. The tablets are very large and could be difficult and dangerous for some people.

Great bloodwork
My doctor had prescribed me Vitamin D capsules along with taking Calcium supplements. I kept forgetting to take the Vitamin D capsules so my bloodwork was very up and down. I found these supplements and decided to try them my bloodwork has been amazing. My Vitamin D levels and Calcium levels are the best they have ever been. The pills are large so I take with food.

Vitamins should be able to be returned. My local Spouts market does and they are not Amazon!
I bought this based on others reviews. Wish I had not - it upset my stomach and when I tried to get a refund Amazon would not do the refund. That is ridiculous - I have since tried another calcium product and I am not having any stomach issues like i did with Theralogix Theracal D2000

This Supplement is easy to use just follow the directions.

Hard to swallow
My experience with effectiveness...unknown....my problem is the tablets are too big. Cutting them in half creates rough edges to swallow.
