It's a perfect sugar substitutes. I am using this for the 1st time. Very small quantity should be taken comparing with sugar.I used this with my coffee n felt it's taste as same as sugar. But after last sip of coffee I felt something strange of sweetness mixed with a type of taste n I didn't like that. But I may habituated to the taste after sometimes of usage.
