I’ve been taking this magnesium night-time complex and it’s been a game changer for my sleep. I drift off faster and stay asleep longer. while obviously has good vitamins..doesn't work at all. didn't make a difference & expensive. unfortunately no return. won't be buying again. very disappointed.

These are fantastic. Works a charm for winding down at the end of stressful day. I take two every night with a cup of chamomile tea and I’m out within 30 mins. I was taking melatonin and didn’t want to be hooked on that so thought I’d give these a try. These are better and more effective in my opinion

This product takes two relatively inexpensive compounds and puts them into an arguably more absorbent set up. The dose which is 2 pills doesn't have as much magnesium as I would prefer and therefore I take chelated magnesium during the day at about 60 percent of the recommended dose and finish off the day with this. The 5-htp is in a relatively small quantity, therefore, any discernable difference is not at least to me apparent from consuming these for a good few weeks. I believe that the presentation, small brown high-quality pouch plus appealing natural-seeming packaging overall allow the company to charge a higher price for a product that as previously mentioned is very much okay. Regardless it does the job and might help one sleep. Considering I already take l-theanine and CBD 20 % for the nightly routine I'm not quite sure what I truly get out of these. Will probably still keep buying though because its packaged nicely lol.

Have been using these for a few months to aid sleep, hard to tell but anecdotally seems to help. Maybe it's placebo, maybe it's magnesium!
