I used pre workout for the first time in my life and I chose this product. Completely harmless and I had GREAT energy boost and it sticks. Don’t take it if you’re sensitive to caffeine though. I’m a usual high caffeine drinker and I don’t drink coffee the day I use this pre workout. In love with the results.
