I like it so much , wax ideal temperature not too hot and not burn skin , high quality wax beans , two table spoon beans enough for melt for face zone , melt very quick , if you need for arms or leg zone you need to put more wax beans so it will take around 15-20 minutes to melt , I need to say its perfect for home use

I was new-again to waxing and wanted a nice white pot so bought this. I'd been using, successfully, a mini pot about 1" wide from a leading brand, and also a mix of beads from different leading brands and generic brands. I was ready to move up a notch for larger areas and bought this, that was my mistake. Sadly, I can't get wax to melt in this warmer (italwax or any other wax), and I can't find any replacement bowls ANYWHERE - even on their own website. I took confidence that the item would work and kept shopping for liners, and went past the returns window before actually using it. The wax warmer can't warm the beads enough for the wax to grip after 40 mins of heating - we are talking a teaspoon of beads - about what would melt and fill a mini pot by say 3mm. It isn't good enough to heat through its own tin liner (that i can't get any replacements for. And it wont work with flat bottomed aluminium disposable cake tins, nor paper cake cases, or maccy sauce paper pots, and forget a silicone liner (I took the 1" one from my mini pot - and that even works on a power bank!). As I type this, it's been on an hour and still the wax hasn't melted, let alone be at application temperature but the pot feels somewhat heated. Really disappointed, unfortunately I only found this out after the returns window was closed so my own fault - I should have tested this sooner and I wouldn't have wasted my money. Also, at the time of buying there were no low score reviews - but there are now. I'll be avoiding this brand like the plague now! I guess I can re-use the fuse out of the plug, oh wait...
