I'm CA by profession and I can say this book is really helpful. Must read. Kudos to the author to bring everything related to Real Estate at one place. Pls note: This book is helpful if you're planning to buy a house and not to understand the real estate sector.

These 250 pages gave me insight of Indian real estate sphere. I did better negotiation with builders for buying an apartment after a week of bedtime reading. Nicely structured text with concurrent knowledge. Thanks for making me understand the zargons of Indian housing sector.
