Love ...love this cleansing gel!!! I have sensitive skin and other products harmed my skin. When I started using Mario Badescu products it was a game changer. It leaves my skin so soft and I don't break out. Bonus it smells great too. When I use other products I don't get the same effect. My skin looks like porcelain. I Definitely would recommend.

I've been loyally using Neutrogena for facial cleanser for oily skin years - usually one of the kinds that claim to be more natural/gentle. But every year or so they discontinue whatever style I'm presently using. So, I tried this and will never go back to Neutrogena. This stuff is fantastic, and really well balanced. It doesn't overly dry out your skin, and it keeps your skin balanced for hours. Will use from now on. I highly recommend.

This product is amazing. My skin is prone to breakouts and very sensitive. I've used so many different products - Cetaphil, La Roche, Aveeno, Neutrogena, Clinique, Bioré, Differin, - the list goes on and on. Nothing helped. My skin would break out worse and worse. I used the Differin for over 6 months and continued to have the worst skin of my life, same with La Roche. I just gave up. I had purchased some Mario Badescu Rose Hand Cream and Rose Lip Balm and was super happy with both, so I thought what the heck. When it got here, I had 7 very deep under skin pimples on my chin and several blackheads. Like I said - I gave up trying. I used this once and my skin felt so soft and clean for the first time ever. I usually don't get that effect with cleanser. Plus, it smelled really good! So twice a day, I began washing my face with this stuff. I just enjoyed the way my skin felt and the scent so much that it wasn't a pain to wash my face - I enjoyed it. Like I said, I wasn't really concerned with the acne, so I didn't use any other product. By day 5, my skin is almost clear. I am not kidding you. This is serious. A face cleanser that smells good, softens my skin, does not dry it out, and treats my acne without going through step after step. I am crying. This has been an absolute life changer. I just purchased the Cucumber Cleanser and Aloe Moisturizer. Trust me, give this a try. You won't regret it.

I got a trial bottle and fell in love! Within days my skin became smooth and more radiant! Where do I start? Enzyme Cleansing Gel is a fantastic everyday facial cleanser, it's gentle, it contains fruit acids as Alpha hydroxy therapy-- yet even as a basic cleanser and not a heavily medicated face wash, it keeps my breakouts under control. I've never found a product that does that, and I am amazed. I am now a Mario Badescu convert--their products are top quality and fairly affordable. I'm really happy about an 8 oz bottle for $12, which should last me about 3 months. You can't beat that deal. I also got the Special Cucumber Lotion & the AHA Botanical Body Soap because I was so excited about the results and price. My skin type is combination, and even after going on a prescription topical regimen which seriously improved my skin, I still couldn't kick some minor breakouts. I'm so glad I found this product, it makes an even bigger difference. What do you have to lose? Try it, it might work for you :) UPDATE 9/5/13> I currently started using the Botanical Facial Gel, it's comparable to this but more specialized for combination/oily-acne prone; if you use the Enzyme gel and love it but it's not kicking breakouts enough for you. It's really hard to choose between both though; either is fantastic.

HOLY GRAIL. When I first started using it, let's just say it. HOLY S*** WHAT A GAME CHANGER. This stuff makes me GLOW, for real. After the first night I used it, my skin looked exceptional the next day. While I have used this product often, I find it is not having the same effects over the long-term, so I switched cleansers. I have shared this cleanser with all my friends, from rosacea, to oily skin, to dry patchy flaky skin, to super sensitive skin. This cleanser works for all of them, and gave them the same glowing results. The trick is to gently wash your faces using light circles for at least one minute. The cleanser is smooth, kind of like a runny gel, so it does not foam up. It goes on really silky, but does not make for a super effective make-up remover. NOTE-It seems some Mario Badescu products ingredients change from time to time, so the ingredients for this product may have changed. I am concerned about the green coloring and fragrance that might possibly be used in this product. ALSO-People have mentioned that buying Mario Badescu products on Amazon might mean you are not buying from an authorized retailer, and may be buying an expired, unauthorized, or knockoff product. Overall, this product has helped me and many friends with our fugly. Use this product consistently, and I think and hope you will get good results. But, there are probably alternatives on the market (akak serums) that might provide you with more effective skincare.

I Used this years ago after I had a facial and they recommended for my skin type. I used other products between but then came back to this cleanser. It’s moderately priced for the amount you get. It’s creamy lather feels soo good on your face and after I rinse my face it feels so clean.

How do I love thee? Let me count the ways! I've been using this cleanser for a few months now and been loving it every day. Fair Warning!! This is NOT a makeup remover cleanser. You will have to remove makeup before you use this cleanser. I already use a makeup remover before I use a normal face cleanser anyways, so it's not a big deal to me. I have semi-sensitive skin that also gets oily pretty easy. This face cleanser is so refreshing and gives such a clean feeling after washing. It really feels like it cleans absolutely everything off of your face and leaves the best refreshing scent behind. I would say it's for all skin types. I'm also impressed how it controls the oil on my face without being drying on the skin. Hands down the best face cleanser I've used. I will continue to purchase this.

I've used Mario Badescu for years, I like their simplicity and effective products. The enzyme gel really does help with cleansing and exfoliating and you can really feel it working. I have sensitive skin so it helps calm my skin, and helps keep it smooth. Easy to wash off and the bottle lasts a long time
