Quality Protein Powder
I have been using ON for a long time and it is probably the best dollar for dollar value you can get in protein powder. I think the taste is good (for what it is). The protein is supposed to be good quality and very easy to absorb. It mixes well but the longer you let it sit the better. I think the texture is fine and you can mix it as thick as you like. We actually make protein cup with these and peanut butter.

Tastes great and blends well
We use this in shakes: 1 scoop chocolate whey 2/3 cup low-fat Greek yogurt 1/3 cup water 4 ice crescents Mix in the blender for 30 seconds and it comes out smooth with no grit. If you are unsure, try a smaller size first, but definitely get chocolate.
