For me didnt work, i saw many reviews where people was saying is so conformable, i try to use in many ways and tried to get adapted but is too big, i though was easier, very uncomfortable, at least for me

Fits really well after molding and helps alot with snoring

This device worked for me. Was a little dubious about buying it but decided it was a cheap experiment so it was my first attempt to address a snoring issue that was severely affecting my wife's sleep. The screenshot is from the SnoreLab app (highly recommended). The results are actually better than they appear. The SnoreLab app records your breathing throughout the night and classifies the time into Quiet, Soft, Loud, Epic. You can then review the audio and listen to what you actually sound like. The Epic time is what wakes the wife. The Loud is actually just a very mild soft snore, and soft is just me breathing. The first night shown in the screenshot was the baseline, everything else is with the mouthpiece in. As you can see, the mouthpiece completely eliminated the Epic from the very first night. The wife never woke up. I would rate the comfort as Very Good. I never felt like I was gagging. I had a little tooth soreness upon waking the first couple of nights but that has gone away as I trained myself to stop biting down on it. I also seem to be sleeping better. I can sleep for only 5 to 6 hours and wake up feeling good and not tired during the day. Also, you don't need a lot of offset. I started with only 3mm. That seems to be enough and I have no jaw soreness at all. So it's been a big success and game changer for us. It may or may not work for you, but it's one of the cheapest and easiest solutions out there and probably worth a try. My total investment in the device and the SnoreLab app is less than fifty bucks. My wife would have gladly paid ten to 100 times that much!

Despues de probar miles de diferentes dispositivos para dejar de roncar, este es es el unico que mejor ha funcionado. No voy a metir, los primeros dias fue doloroso, amanecia con los dientes un poco adoloridos y me preocupaba que me deformara la dentadura, pero definitivamente los ronquidos disminuyeron un 90%, descanso mejor y ya no me duele la garganta. Despues de más de un año de usarlos puedo decir que el dolor matutino de los dientes se quito y no se me deformo la mordida. Este es el segundo par que pido pues los anteriores se hicieron amarillos despues del año de uso. fue muy facil moldearlos tambien.

Very well made; solid construction. This is my second unit after discovering that I had to reverse (upper portion on bottom when moulding) to accommodate my slight overbite. Little larger than I would like but still relatively comfortable and, most importantly, completely stops me from grinding my teeth. Can be separated for use solely on upper or lower positions. Versatile design.

Realmente fueron muchas mis expectativas, pero definitivamente este artefacto no soluciona el problema del ronquido y es muy incómodo
