This is one of the best probiotic I have every used (I have used many, many over the years). I can tell the difference as it makes poop well formed, comes out easily. General better bowel feeling overall. This is recognized by many functional medicine practitioners as a goto product. Been using for a few years and still add to my diet a few times a week or more if needed.

My functional Doc recommended it.

This was the first time I’ve used this product. I used it for a couple weeks when the capsules started discoloring as if they had been exposed to moisture. The cap had been kept tightly on the bottle so I don’t know why that would’ve happened. So I don’t know now if they are as potent as they should be. I have not tried to return them yet. I started taking this product at the same time as taking microbiomes mega IgG and I have felt a difference in my gut.

I took a bottle of this and noticed it improved my digestion and moods. It’s worth the money
