Apple iPhone 12, 64GB, Black (Renewed)

Phone arrived the following day as promised. Totally blown away; described as “excellent” but it is perfect, practically mint condition and like new. Very pleased. Took a while to get the latest software loaded on it and transfer all my stuff from my old iPhone. I am not very “tecky” so that doesn’t help! Quite straightforward really. Going to order another phone the same next week for my wife. Also the best price I could find; £70 cheaper than high street dealers selling second hand phones. Highly recommended!

I was really impressed with the condition of this renewed iPhone 12. It arrived in excellent shape, much better than I expected, with only a tiny scuff mark on the side that’s barely noticeable. Performance has been smooth, it updated to the latest iOS with no issues, and the camera quality is great. The battery health shows 100%, which makes me think the seller installed a new one, and so far the battery life has been excellent. The price was very reasonable for a refurbished iPhone 12, definitely cheaper than I expected. It was also packaged very well, securely wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box, and the seller required a signature upon delivery which gave me peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend this phone for anyone looking for a reliable refurbished option. Just keep in mind the storage size, because if you use a lot of apps or games you may want to go for a version with more than 64GB.

Awful - only think good is their refund process ! I purchased in January and loved the phone , transfer from old phone was great and I was happy . However, after a few months it became ‘possessed’ - texting and randomly calling people as soon as I touched the screen . I contacted the company and sent back , I asked for a replacement as by this point I had purchased accessories for the iPhone 12 (case, screensavers etc) . Despite stating on the policy repair, replacement or refund the only option I was given was a refund. This was not ideal but fast forward a few weeks and deciding I’d just been unlucky I reordered the iPhone 12 . Again it arrived , perfect condition and I happily set it up , however less than a month after purchase it ‘died’ ! I was out walking listening to my audiobook and it went blank. No amount of charging , forced resets worked so again I contacted the company. Again I was as to return and I asked them to please send a replacement, yet again I’ve been told I will get a refund! I’m now in a position where I have a beautiful case , screen protector (came in a pack of 3) for this non existent iPhone 12 . I’ve had to change all my passwords AGAIN as I don’t trust factory resets and have had nothing but hassle, returning involves printing labels , packaging items etc with a sorry at the end . I’ve just had a message from Amazon saying the reason I’m getting a refund is I returned the item - true but only because it didn’t work and I feel faulty item would be a better description!

amazing quality! I did choose acceptable condition so it did come with a deep scratch but does not affect the usage of the phone! the size is perfect for my hands not too big or too small, for the price of £145 this is so affordable for the people that dont want to spend lots on a phone, Thank you amazon for amazing high tec!

Got an iphone12 in excellent condition as my old phone (iPhone 8) basically died on me. This was incredibly worth it for the money and I’m so happy with the phone, there’s a few very minor chips (and I mean barely noticeable) on the edges of the phone but the screen is pristine and it works amazing well. Battery is running at 76% but the battery seems absolutely perfect anyway! thank you so much! You’ve made my life so much easier! 🩷

I had this phone as a replacement, but unfortunately the calendar on the bottom which is called a rolling calendar which I needed to access. My accounts didn’t work other than that. It was a very good phone and I would recommend it.

The phone was immaculate condition not a scratch or dent the battery health was 95% really good value for money came with the charging lead too no problems as of yet but old definitely buy again

Phone looked in OK condition. Seems to work well, visually looks good. Fair price. Disappointed the battery health warning with only 77% life. The phone says: Your battery Heath is significantly degraded, take it to apple authorised service provider to replace battery. Definitely not excellent condition as advertised

Cela fait environ 1 mois que j’ai ce téléphone (Iphone 12 Bleu - 128 Go – Grade Bon) reconditionné. J’ai attendu ce temps pour mieux partager mon expérience d’achat. Très « frileux » de passer par le reconditionné, ne sachant pas l’état réel du téléphone. Mais je me suis lancé pour mon 1er achat en reconditionné ! Le choix de la plateforme/reconditionneur : mon choix c’est porté sur AMAZON, car cela fait de nombreuses années que j’achète sur AMAZON et dans quasi-totalité du temps, je suis très satisfait des produits achetés et en cas de soucis avec un vendeur, AMAZON règle le problème de manière rapide et efficace (ce qui rassure). Le choix du reconditionneur s’est porté sur SmartMee, qui avait de bonnes évaluations et situé en France, (ce que je recommande en cas d’un SAV). Livraison/emballage : Annoncée 2 à 3 jours, téléphone arrivé en 2 jours, donc PARFAIT. Produit bien emballé, téléphone dans du papier bulle et le package comprenait également le câble de charge, bloc chargeur (non Apple) et extracteur de carte Sim. État esthétique : Présente uniquement un petit « choc » sur l’arrête inférieure droit du téléphone et une légère usure des 2 bagues d’optiques photos. Comme je mets toujours une coque sur mon téléphone, concrètement cela ne se voit pas ! De plus, pour un grade « bon », cela correspond tout à fait à mes attentes, surtout que l’écran et les optiques photos sont en parfait état et sans aucune rayure (ce qui était le plus important pour moi), ainsi que le reste du téléphone. État fonctionnel : Aucune anomalie de constatée à l’usage depuis 1 mois d’utilisation, tout fonctionne ! L’écran n’a aucun pixel mort et sans halo ni tache, bonne luminosité. Les photos sont impeccables. Passons à la batterie… Dans les paramètres, il est indiqué « Pièce inconnue », alors bonne ou mauvaise nouvelle… Visiblement la batterie a été changée pour la vente, donc par une batterie non Apple (car impossibilité de vérifier l’état de santé de celle-ci), après 1 mois d’utilisation, la batterie tient toujours une journée à une journée et demi (en fonction de l’utilisation) ce qui correspond à une batterie neuve. Donc je préfère une batterie neuve non Apple, qu’une batterie Apple rincée que j’aurais dû changer dans les mois qui auraient suivi l’achat. Maintenant, c’est avec le temps que je pourrai dire si j’ai fait une bonne affaire avec ce téléphone reconditionné et particulièrement la batterie. Conclusion : A ce jour, je suis très satisfait de cet achat et de mon choix, donc je recommande, surtout aux personnes qui seraient « frileux » comme moi d’un achat en reconditionné, de foncer ! ça fera du bien à la planète et à votre porte-monnaie !!! Rapporto qualità prezzo tutto ok. Ha superato le mie aspettative. Comprandolo in condizioni eccellenti è arrivato davvero così. La batteria ricondizionata e al 100% della durata. La scocca perfetta. Ovviamente i componenti del telefono non sono originali Apple. Ma comunque tutto perfetto.
