WOW-this is the most beautiful and comprehensive book that spans every relevant and pertinent topic of overall healing and evolution of consciousness that I have ever seen. The blood, sweat, tears, and pure love and extensive knowledge/experience that went into this gem is evident on every single page. All possible questions (medical, anatomical, spiritual, emotional, biological, psychological, physiological, etc.) are answered in this carefully planned and delightfully engaging map to understanding our whole health and vitality within the pages of this masterpiece-I am blown away by the sheer positive energy and light that it emits just by holding it! It is clearly written and organized in an interesting and helpful way, and I imagine that it will become a staple in the library of those who wish to improve their lives and understand more about what goes on beyond our physical perception. It covers so much more than what we have ever learned about Chakras from other sources as well as our energetic beings, that I imagine it must have been quite challenging to give it a title-the possibilities are endless and this takes summer reading to a WHOLE (and healthy) new level. I have had the privilege of being on the receiving end of Cyndi Dale's incredible gifts through different modalities, including her other exceptional books, and just when I thought that she has covered it all, she has provided us with the tool of all tools to continue on this fascinating journey of self-discovery and assistance with helping others to be the best that they can be. The realms of awareness and clarity that are covered in this unique resource book are astounding, and for me, it also reiterates the comforting concept that we are all connected and are on this path together. Not much can be written in a review that could possibly come close to doing it justice, but I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Cyndi and her team for sharing this with the world. i didnt expect that the book is so huge. it has everything about Chakra, very informative. but for me this is too much info, so i select issue which is important for me to read.

I want to personally thank Cyndi Dale for writing this compendium on chakras. It is by far the best, most comprehensive work I have read so far on the topic. It is so popular at the library that there are there are three copies on hold. I checked it out and after reading 65 or so pages I decided that this book is the one to own, not borrow. The most eye-opening revelation is the issue of codependency and heart chakra imbalances. I have been battling energy vampires, psychic intrusions, psychic attacks, etc. and the one common denominator is that this is all codependency, even in the spiritual world. My jaw dropped. It was like, "DING DING DING DING, there is your answer." :) So I joined a codependents anonymous support group. I spent probably $1,000 on healing services, hypnosis, becoming a Reiki Master and none of it worked, none of those healers ever informed me that I was codependent. They just said I needed to love. Ironically, my local codependents anonymous support group is entitled "People who love too much." LOL!!!!!! :) So I wouldn't waste money on healing services, unless you know the qualifications of the healer or perhaps you want to see Cyndi herself. I'm sure I will piss off some of the energy healers who read my review, but then, maybe they have some codependency issues, personal growth and healing work to do themselves. After everything I've been through I managed to wriggle through to educational enlightenment, thanks to my educational background in philosophy andvengineering. I'm glad I ask questions and critically analyze things. I wouldn't want it any other way. I am reclaiming my power through Cyndi Dale's books which all are excellent, and Charles L Whitfield's books on codependency, healing the inner child, and establishing/ maintaining boundaries (my favorite book both Cyndi Dale and Charles Whitfield). One improvement I suggest is to have a larger discussion on quantum physics because I think we are on to a huge revolutionary idea here. She might want to hook up with university quantum physicists to delve into these issues, really blow open that door and build that bridge between physics and metaphysics.

Great book with tons of info…way too heavy!

I bought this book as a supplement to my 300YTT training. My 200 hour YTT teacher referenced this as the Chakra bible but we didn't focus on chakras as much in that training. For 300 hours, I thought I should get it for my library. I highly recommend this as a reference. The chapter(s) describing chakras provide foundational information that all energy focused practitioners should read. This really isn't a book to just sit down and read from start to finish (although I did because it was COVID shutdown) but is great to have as an encyclopedia of Chakras.

This is the most thorough chakra book ever. I love it. I would really like to see this on Audible.

The insight given in the book explaining the depths of chakras and so many other related concepts made be cling to the ideology. The scientific explanations made a lot more sense.

This boOk has ALOT of information on the CHAKRAS !! ♡ it's a VERY LARGE BOOK & has many illustrations. i personally perfer a smaller & simplier boOk (i found the amount of information overwhelming), BUT it is *GREAT* as a Reference boOk!! ♡ HAPPY to have in my BoOk Collection =)
