I have been taking these for 6 months and they have made a difference. Not a huge one but there is so much less hair loss now. Growth is harder to see but could take a while longer. The tablets themselves do taste disgusting but this is minimal when you take 1 per day with food. They are no bigger than other similar tablets if you have experience of taking anything like this.I used to take another brand and did not see any difference after taking for over 2 years. Those supplements were a similar price if you bought 3 months at a time and you had to take the tablets twice a day. So I prefer these because you can buy 1 pack that lasts a month for an affordable price . It is also convenient to only take 1 per day as when taking more I sometimes forgot.Recently I splashed out and purchased a 6 month pack and the expiry date is almost exactly 6 months away. I found this very disappointing given the extra expense I had gone to this time and the fact that there is no longer the option to purchase a 12 month pack and I did consider getting 2x 6 month packs. So would half of this been expired by the time I came to use it?Stock levels are often quite low and I get a little worried that more stock won't be coming in. I hope Amazon will continue to stock this product because it is really helping me.
