good quality charcoal
I take this almost every day, when I get symptoms that I'm dumping too much bile. The package was really dented when it arrived, but the problem was resolved. I wont buy another brand of charcoal as long as this is available.

Used as follows: 1 tbsp of charcoal in a glass of water, stirred well, in conjunction with a short fast.

That is very large pack, I'm using for insect bites (mixing a little bit with water since I have allergies on insect bites) using for food that is not Seattle in my stomach, using to mix for a toothpaste. Taking with me when I travel.
