Stanley 194745 Sortmaster, large ...Superb Value
I bought a fair few of these in one go. They were delivered promptly and in good order. Thank you.The Stanley brand offers all sorts of organisers for screws & nails and bits & bobs, from the titchy Sortmaster 197483 to the Stanly Fatmax 'pro' range with its clever individual removable compartments. For the keen DIYer I reckon these ones I have just bought are just about perfect. Its baby brother is just too small for me, and the Fatmax range is much too pricey and I reckon is geared more towards the busy pro who carts these around everywhere. Each organiser is made from a durable-looking plastic, comes with a centre section of fixed compartments with 8 dividers to subdivide the remaining space as necessary. The dividers' fit in the available slots seems reassuringly sound, and the lid secures them in place and is held down with four plastic catches. The two side catches serve as ties if you want to stack these organisers, very handy, but I reckon a better solution would be a simple wooden storage unit, something like these I have found on the web (too much??):

Product can migrate between sections when lid is open
For the money, it deserves four stars. However there is an irksome issues. The dividers lift out when you are retrieving small things like screws, I had to put sealant on the base on the divider to keep them in place and stop items spilling into another section by going under the divider. When closed, and the four tabs pressed home, it does keep the items in their placeThe central compartments are permanent (no dividers) the compartments are as deep as they are wide, about three inches, not ideal for chunky hands.Having said that, at £6 it is much cheaper than the removable compartment version, and this is the reason to purchase it.

Not bad quality buy far too expensive.
First of all, you have to buy 2x of these, no reason given as to why, considering the price of each (£7.49), it cannot be because of loss of profit, I have seen these in a shop for £3.99, I went back to buy some but they had restocked an alternative shoddier item, Brexit rearing its ugly head again I guess.Anyway, not bad quality and I like the stacking idea, but 2 min at such an over inflated price?Edit: I just realised the normal asking price is £10.73, not for two, this is EACH! No way would I have paid that, after all they don't come with a ticket to go to the moon, or a free neck rub. They are simply designed plastic boxes, worth at most £2.99.

Very disappointing
Really poor quality and certainly not what you expect from Stanley. I've had the previous model of this box for about 12 years and they have been used extensively without any issues whatsoever and are still great. I doubt whether this model will last 12 months. The hinges are very weak and the whole thing is poorly made and although I need more boxes I will certainly be looking for a different brand.I suppose if it's used for buttons or things like that it will be ok so it does have some uses albeit very limited ones.I've given one star only because I can't give no stars.

Excellent quality and value for money
It feels solid, it has four catches (two at the front and one on either side) so even with good weight in it the lid remains tight and strong. The drawer dividers click into place well and dont flex, you can adjust them to fit most sizes of hardware. I think the compartments are just a little too deep. Overall, it's well made and excellent value for money and I would definitely buy again.
