Simply the best subscription magnesium malate I could find. High elemental magnesium count for a relatively low price, it does more than get the job done. Malate is a more energizing form and better processed, so it is more value per pill.

I've tried a few Magnesiums already. Magnesium citrate is great for constipation. Magnesium Glycinate is great for sleep and anxiety. In fact, Glycinate works too well that I can't take it during the day or I will get brain fog. Magnesium L-Threonate is good for hyperfocus. It really makes you focus, but I can't take that one at night or I will get crazy dreams or feel like I can't get a fully deep sleep. Now Magnesium Malate... I don't know if it works? Malic Acid supposed to be good for energy but the effects aren't as noticeable immediately as the other ones. Maybe it's not building up as fast? I would say this is the best one for me if I just want a magnesium that has the least other effects on my mood or sleep or bowel habits. I reordered it twice but I want to try magnesium taurate next. If that doesn't work well, I will go back to this.

Gives me so much energy and a clear mind! Love it ! Even though the pills are HUGE. They still make it worth it because I feel good with them.

I wish I knew about this long ago. I found out about it through Chatgbt. I've struggled with muscle tightness in my back for a long time. I always have the need to stretch and no amount of physical therapy (3 years so far) or stretching worked. This magnesium malate has finally fixed the problem. I take one in the morning and I make it all day without having that ongoing tightness.

Good quality magnesium. I have used it for 3 months and then got my magnesium checked again. Levels rose to sufficient amount. I take it with my vitamin d suppliment. Quantity of elemental magnesium is good

Prendo il magnesio malato x render le ossa più forti, soprattutto mi è stato consigliato x l ossatura della arcata dei denti che con il tempo tende a ritirarsi creando il problema della perdita dei denti in qnt nn trovano sostegno, poche persone sanno questa cosa a me è stato consigliato in un viaggio in Croazia in una di quelle cliniche dentali dove tanti italiani si recano ogni anno. Questo prodotto mi è stato consigliato da delle persone che eran li per il mio stesso motivo.... straniere ovviamente, loro han avuto gran beneficio con questo prodotto ed ora io tutti i giorni prendo un confetto.
