I am always aware that during the colder months of the year, I should be taking vitamin D supplements. Every year, I buy supermarket own-brand vitamin pills, and I am disappointed when I realise I gave up only to find a half-empty tub of vitamins later in the year.I bought these to try to resolve that problem, and they have succeeded in helping me build them into my morning routine. They taste similar to red wine gum (the second best-coloured wine gum—black is obviously at the top) but with a slightly denser/chewier texture.My only complaint, and it's an incredibly minor one, is that the foil occasionally sticks to the sweet.They're more expensive than what you could buy in supermarkets if you buy tablets, but at least they have much better value as I'm much more likely to take them regularly. I would definitely recommend it.P.S. Hide them from those you live with, as they will definitely eat them under the banner of "it's good for me."

Love these and I honestly think they keep me well!I am a primary school teacher and work with the youngest children - the ones that like to sneeze in your eyeballs or give you a quick lick! 🤢I was ill many times last year and this year decided vitamins might help. I have been well all year apart from one cold and that happened when I accidentally ran out of these and had a three day gap from taking them… coincidence or not?! 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m back taking them and will continue to do so.The fact they taste good is a benefit!
