It’s December of 2025 and I have been using this since 2022. It still works very well; better than any other similar water flosser I’ve used. The pressure is good, and the tank size is sufficient to clean all your teeth. I only charge it when it gets low, and it can still go 3-4 weeks between charges. I’m about to buy a second one for a family member.

Admittedly, I don't floss as I should, but I feel this is an excellent substitute and my dentist agrees. I use it in the shower, so it doesn't matter if water splatters all over. I have two because this device also functions as a "mini pressure washer" for cleaning! It works AMAZING: gets my range top streak-free and shiny, tile/grout (no scrubbing needed), around faucets/fixtures/handles/shower heads, all the cracks and crevices that are difficult to clean become easy with this. I don't put any chemicals into the device--just very hot water. I'm addicted to it!

I have had this for about a week now and here are my takes so far: You have to order the charging cord separately which is weird, but I was able to get out delivered quickly with Amazon Prime so just know to do this when you order. Pros: The price! The water tank is surprisingly large compared to WaterPik and you can definitely use it for longer to clean because of this. There are lots of different options for water strength and different tips that come with the device In the first week it has worked fine. Cons: It is a little too easy to accidentally hit a button and change the water pulse when you are holding it- I have to be very conscious of where my hand is so I don’t get the super strong flow (it is very strong) The little door where you add water to the tank is at the bottom and seems like out would be easy to knock it off accidentally when open. I did do this once but nothing broke so I was able to snap it back on easily. I dropped the device about six inches into my sink (all of these devices can be slippery) and the tank got nudged off, but I was able to easily re-attach it so no real problems there. There is a little detached plug you use to cover the charging connection and it seems like it would be so easy to lose the little thing. 🤞🏼 OVERALL: I would buy again as overall it works well, and the last WaterPik I bought died after 2 weeks (so I don’t trust those anymore). Just be mindful of how you hold it, and watch out for the little tank door and the little rubber charging cover!

I couldn’t believe that a product I had trusted and loved had failed me so quickly, and the customer service I had hoped would assist me had only added to my disappointment. In the days that followed, I found myself reflecting on her experience. I realized that while the water flosser had been a great tool, the lack of support when it mattered most had left me feeling disheartened. I returned to traditional flossing, albeit with a newfound appreciation for the simplicity of it. Though the water flosser was gone, I learned a valuable lesson about the importance of understanding return policies and the risks of relying too heavily on technology. And while I might eventually try another model, I would always remember to read the fine print and keep my expectations in check. However, after reflecting on my situation, I decided to reach out via email to the company. To my surprise, they responded promptly and offered to replace the flosser at no cost. This gesture restored my faith in the brand and showed me that they genuinely care about their customers. I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for replacing my water flosser after just a few short email exchanges. I wanted to wait to write this review, and you’d read why. This was delivered to my home in Trinidad and Tobago on October 22nd. The battery died today November 29th! Excellent battery life. It’s easy to grip and use and the power is manageable enough to make your mouth feel clean while not peeling back your gums. It doesn’t come with a charger, so order one at the same time

I got two months out of this product. It worked great until it didn't.

I had this product for over two years and it was a great water flosser with plenty of attachments even though I only used one. The pressure was really high and it really cleaned your teeth out, but only downfalls are: the cap that covers the charger outlet isn’t attached to the device itself and I lost it a while ago. & after losing the cover for the charging port, water would get into the charging port area which is unfortunately (don’t like that is was placed in front) and I think that contributed to it not charging any longer and shorting when I plugged it into charge :(

Fácil de guardar si vas a viajar, no es aparatoso, todo lo contrario, es muy práctico. Buena potencia, el agua sale fuerte y te tumba todo el sucio. Tengo ortodoncia y trae específicamente un cabezal para ortodoncia que va de maravilla. El precio me ha parecido el indicado, buena relación calidad precio. Es fácil de utilizar, sólo presionando el botón de modo puedes ir cambiando el modo desde normal hasta suave y adaptarlo a la sensibilidad de tus encías. No debes utilizarlo enchufado ya que es sin cable y lo puedes usar muchas veces ya que le dura la batería lo suficiente.

I have a few Waterpik flossers and a Panisonic flosser. Waterpik is good but more expensive and heavier. This one is just in right size. It worked well so far.
