You just paint on the whole tooth surface and let set at least 10 minutes then rinse thoroughly and you can definitely see a big difference even after the first application. I experience just a hint of discomfort if it accidentally gets on my gums but as soon as I wipe it off the discomfort goes away. I am blown away by how much whiter my teeth are now. I highly recommend it.

This stuff works really well. Keep in mind, though if you have a lot of fillings, nothing will change the color of the fillings. 🙃

I have two teeth that are noticeably more yellow than the rest, and I've tried several different whitening pens that brush on. This is the only one that actually works for me. The only drawback is that you have to keep your lips open for 5 minutes before rinsing. I just put it on and finish getting ready for bed. I will not try any other brands.
