Interesting Scent, Moisturizing but Sticky for Me
I got this item because rose is generally a scent I can tolerate, and I'm always looking for anti-aging cream that is light, non-tacky, and absorbs easily. The scent is really important to me, because like 96% of those who suffer from chronic migraines (that's 2 Billion people in 2021, 85% of whom are women) I have a super sensitive sense of smell. Generally essential oils are OK - peppermint and eucalyptus are even helpful - but manufactured scents and something like egg is just intolerable. And if you put something that's just mildly tolerable on my face, the longer it's there, the more likely it is that I'll have to wash it off. I should emphasize, that's just me - I used to love perfume - and my nose interprets all kinds of things oddly now. I was really hopeful about this; it smelled delicious out of the bottle, and my skin absorbed a bit right away, so I actually used two pumps for my face. Unfortunately, after the first few minutes, my face felt less moisturized, and more tacky/sticky. But worse was the scent. It started out rose, but turned to something I can only describe as faintly rose, strongly grape seed - in fact, I reviewed the ingredients, I was so certain that's what I was smelling. Grape seed is not on the list that I could see, but there are plenty of seed extracts, so perhaps that's what I was picking up. Again, this is just my experience - my nose is quite sensitive. But I'm afraid this lotion is just too sticky and seed-ish for me.

Pampered skin - Not for me but maybe for you
This little bottle is packed with natural/organic essential oils and other nutrients. This smells like roses mixed with other flowers and herbs. It’s like walking into a flower shop or botanical garden. Scent is semi strong, which might bother some sensitive noses. However, the fragrance isn’t synthetic. I’m surprised it’s a facial cream because it’s in a pump bottle and the consistency is thin like a face lotion or serum. I like that it dispenses a little at a time which makes it easier to control the amount. The color of the cream is very pale yellow like ivory. My skin feels moisturizing and soft. It could get slick if you use too much, but it seems to absorb into the skin over time. It has a waxy feel yet oily at the same time. I can see this working well for dry and/or mature skin. It comes wrapped inside the manufacturer's box so you know it’s new. The pump and body appear to be all sturdy plastic. While this should suit most skin types, there are a couple ingredients that could worsen acne-prone skins. Overall, this appears to be high quality and safe to use. I’m not a fan of rose scented products but my mom is going to love this! **I used it on half of my face in the morning to test it and I noticed at night I broke out in about 3-5 small aching pimples. The other half of my face that I didn't use the cream was ok. Coincidence? I'm not sure. I do get minimal hormonal breakouts but the timing and location of the acne is suspicious. Oh well, I don't need to worry about it anymore since I'm giving to my mom. What might not work for me, could do wonders for others.** Ingredients: water (purified), organic rose distillate, vegetable emulsifying wax NF, organic shea butter, organic cocoa butter, organic rose-infused sunflower oil, organic argan oil , organic raspberry seed oil, organic rosehip seed oil, avocado oil, organic evening primrose oil, organic coconut oil, pomegranate seed oil, organic acaí oil, phytocelltec™ alpine rose stem cells and extract, phyto-biotic™ acai stem cells, non-GMO vitamin C ester, organic acaí extract, kakadu plum extract, edelweiss extract, helichrysum stoechas extract, argireline© acetyl hexapeptide 8, palmitoyl tripeptide-5, palmitoyl tripeptide-38, hydrolyzed rice peptides, collagen pre peptide, sunflower lecithin, coenzyme Q-10, organic rose essence, rose essential oil, organic frankincense essential oil, palmarosa essential oil, ylang ylang essential oil, bergamot bp free essential oil, glucose, and enzymes Made in USA --------------- UPDATE Sept 13, 2021

Too oily
While this product does a good job at helping with dryness, it’s oily on the skin. I have combination skin and it’s just too much oil. It made my skin break out in acne. 😞

Rose Scented Face Cream with lots of good natural and nourishing oils and extracts.
Applied this Rose Phyto 3 Facial Cream on my face and neck last night before bedtime. It's made by Peak Scents, a company from Flagstaff, AZ. I live in Az. so was curious about a nice homegrown product. Put some on my arms when it arrived to make sure it was compatible - it was. There was a noticeable and lovely aromatic scent of rose with a hint of citrus, and it felt good on my skin, soaking in almost right away leaving a slight sheen at first, and no stickiness. The cream comes in a slim clear plastic bottle where you can see the contents, a pearlized silver color lid, and a white pump that produces a lovely yellow/cream-colored thin ribbon of the cream. I used 2 pumps worth on my face and neck. This cream hydrates right away leaving a fresh glowing radiant look which is always nice, along with the delightful rose/citrus/flowery aroma that lasts for just a while. It's made with a lot of natural ingredients of good nourishing oils and extracts of flowers, herbs, fruits, along with the antioxidant and anti-aging properties of vitamins C and E. As for the anti-aging properties, I'm way past that age-wise, just enjoying the gentle hydrating feel, anti-oxidant qualities, and the lovely rose scent.

Wonderful scent from essential oil and very high quality, natural ingredients
I love this Rose Phyto3 cream. It is very thick and hydrating, plus it smells amazing. It has fresh essential oils of helichrysum, ylang ylang, frankincense, and rose. It has a wide array of herbal and floral extracts, plus some wonderful butters and oil. I use this cream with their spray facial toner, also Rose Phyto3. It is very hydrating and I have seen a big difference in my skin elasticity in just a short amount of time using this product. I mostly use this in the evening because it is fairly thick, but also I really like it right after a shower if I have been out in the sun and in the salt air at the beach. I am happy to see it is made in Arizona, USA. I see so many face care products on Amazon, so it is good to find a high-quality, organic product that is made in the USA. It is super fresh and very high-quality ingredients. I think it is very well priced for the quality.
