This is a life saver. I can’t believe this works so well and so fast! Nothing has ever helped when I have an exposed nerve or cracked tooth. I’ve used all of the topical medications and oral pain killers along with clove oil. None of that works. This is amazing and I want to stock up in case I need it again or need to give it to someone for their toothache. The little swabs are perfect too. The tips are so tiny, they are perfect for getting the pain reliever where you need it! A little goes a long way. It is also an amazing price! I will NEVER use anything else again. So happy to have found this.

This stuff actually works, which is all you care about when tooth pain gets bad enough to ruin your entire day. The numbing agent kicks in fast and gives real relief, so it does what it claims. That said, the bottle is tiny. You are mostly paying for the fancy applicator and the swabs. You could buy a bottle five times bigger for the same price and just use a cotton swab. Also, my bottle arrived opened and leaking, which was not great, but that seems rare. At the end of the day, it works, and when the pain is that bad, that is what matters.

It really works, it gave my husband relief when his tooth was hurting. Easy to use and a great value for your buck. Its strength and stickiness was on point.

This works great!! Before I got my root canal I needed something for my tooth pain. This gels were messy and hard to apply. I ordered this because it can applied directly on the affected area. The applicator is easy to put in and take out. It is soft and absorbs the medicine. There is no messy and goes where you want it. It works pretty fast. It was nice being pain free but a good while. Its a great value for a pain free.

It works great and makes it feel like the sore isnt even there, but it doesn’t stay on well at all, especially for someone who salivates a lot it comes off after maximum of an hour or two, I wish it had more adhesive, as far as it saying to eat in moderation I don’t suggest it at all, they fell off almost immediately and I swallowed one because it came off so fast, I was chewing super carefully as well. I wish I could give this a better review because it works great but the price + the time it stays on doesn’t justify buying it, I had to buy more after 1 day so I spent nearly 30 dollars in two days for 12 of them

I am crying. I have an infection in my mouth 😢. It's horrible. They gave me antibiotics but the pain is unbelievable. I got pain medication and they don't help. I even got NORCOTIC and it doesn't help. I hate taking meds and really hate narcotic but nothing helps. I finally went on Amazon and said GUM PAIN HELP. I'm actually having an attack as I'm searching. This was thee only med that would come the next day. I was able to read a couple reviews. I would've paid for the more expensive ones but it wouldn't come for 2 days and now I can't even lay in bed it's that bad. So this came my mouth was doing okay and then the throbbing pain started. My son opened it for me and oh my goodness it totally numbed the pain and helped me with the attack. I do have to do it often an episode last like an hour or so, it sharp pain that radiates through my gums and even effects my tongue. But the tongue pain has went away with the antibiotics. I'm buying more they said it should clear up in a week or so. I just waited until the pain got to extreme and so the infection just kept getting worse. I was able to eat on the opposite side but it got so bad I couldn't even chew. Yes this works. Thank you I'm going to be able to sleep in my bed tonight

Easy to use. It worked well for my tooth until I was able to get into the dentist. Worth the money.
