I have a lot of food intolerances and stomach issues. I have been taking a probiotic for many years. This is, by far, the best probiotic I have ever taken. I had my gallbladder removed 20 years ago and it never occurred to me that I should be taking that into consideration when using a probiotic. In the past, no matter how much money I paid, the probiotics I took were ineffective. It took a lot of research to realize that this product is what I needed. Not convinced of this product's efficacy. I was expecting this to calm down my digestive processes in the form of reduction in annoying and periodic belching and burping no matter what I ate. I gave it the old college try but it did not provide the results I was expecting.
