Know your engine before buying the part
Its an OEM part, if it dont work either u got the wrong part or put it in wrong Works for 3800 just great

Worked Perfect But...
This IAC valve works perfect on my 2000 Le Sabre, but it didn't fix my problem. It's installed so, I'll just keep my old one as a spare. I found out that a faulty TPS sensor can also cause a very high idle speed without setting a trouble code. I'm not sure how. Maybe the PCM thinks that the throttle is open and adjusts the IAC to reach a target RPM?
