It works great. We actually loved it, but the spray nozzle was Defective. So we had to throw it away.

This extra strength saline neti-spray has been a life saver during times of sinus congestion. It works fast and thoroughly helping to expel excess mucus from the nasal passages and the sinus. Powerful and Very clearing. It works much better for me than other sprays have. I order multiple cans at once because I don't want to have to be without it.
