This is my 4th time ordering this. My daughter and I take it quite consistently only stoping for a week here and there so the body doesn’t build up a tolerance. It helps so much to maintain healthy weight loss and to keep cravings and food portions under control. The only side effect I have found is you get more thirsty for water. Which isn’t a bad thing. I feel this is a very good supplement and it is processed well with natural ingredients. Ingredients that were placed on this earth to cure us, not chemical or synthetic lab created junk. They have a green tea aroma, slight taste of such, good value for the money (it's gotta be! I'M using it) and of course it is easy to use and swallow. One capsules daily is all it takes. I can tell when I forget to take it because my glands will start swelling and get uncomfortable. So I assume it is working and doing the job it proclaims to do. Great product … I have been taking it now for 2 weeks and I have been feeling so much better. It’s even helped with my psoriasis issues.

I’m considering ordering another bottle since im not really convinced if it actually works. I work from home on computer all day and once in a while my feet swell up.. I’m not sure if this was an aid or not need to try for longer periods to confirm
