Q: What is the coil resistance? Or how about the current draw from the coil?

I measured the coil at a little over 140 ohms. That would put the current draw at around 85 milliamperes. It’s the contacts that are rated 10 amps.

Q: Will this work for 120v coil, N.O. 3 volt load, 2-3 second delay, contacts remain closed as long as 120v power on?

The normally closed contacts are closed if no 110 AC current is applied to the coils . The normally open contacts are open until 110 AC is applied to the coil . There is no “ time delay “ when the contact points change positions in a mili second .

Q: is there a contact pin-out drawing/schematic?

Yes, there is a drawing on top indicating the pin out. Also the cover is transparent so you can easily see what contact/coil is wired to each pin.
