B5 Biocoenzymated Pantethine, 450 Mg, 60 Softgels

I'm always stressing myself out, so I need something that can support the adrenal glands. This particular B vitamin, seems to do just that. Like that it's in it's coenzymated form, for efficiency sake. I keep trying to calm my nerves/mind, by boosting my Amino Acids that are involved in neurotransmitter production, with little results, but this vitamin/product, seems to pick up the slack.

Small enough to swallow easily. Only been taking it for a couple of weeks so not sure how much is affecting my blood pressure.

I always order this product and always expires 2 years out. This one expires 2023. Very disappointed. Box came in damaged.
