Phenomenal Quality
Very well made! Solid wood. The finish is very smooth. Very stable. I am very impressed. As many other reviews stated something to weight down the back of very helpful. I was prepared thanks to the previous comments. Personally I did not want to anchor it down so for me adding weight to the back is perfect. Great quality for the price absolutely no complaints. Put together in under an hour. We choose to replace some of the bolts with a standard non metric bolts. Not necessary, what they provide is more than adequate we choose to for ease of maintenance. I highly recommend this, it’s a very high quality, very solid, very beautiful, very affordable. I am very impressed with the craftsmanship. No issues with delivery. As others have said it is very heavy, you’ll want to get your dolly and someone to help you move it to wherever you want to assemble it.

Fantastic quality, made to proper dimensions, a little short
The quality is amazing, polished wood, nice solid striking pads. It's made to exact dimensions, with the arms 8.5" apart, just off the centerline, proper height above the leg.Super easy to put together and very stable, fits right in the corner. It's a bit on the short side so expect to get low in both the high horse and fighting stances. I'm 5'11 and need to drop a solid 6 inches low to get proper attack angles.Overall it was worth every penny and looks amazing in the workout room.

Best Value Wooden Dummy
Reviews for this dummy are hit or miss. From what I personally received, it is in amazing condition. Smooth wooden surfaces, everything bolted up and aligned without issue.Bruce Lee had a metal leg because that's how hard he kicked it. I absolutely do not need that, so the wooden leg is fine. I will not abuse this nor try to see how hard I can hit it. With that being said, I'm sure it will last forever. It was shipped from a US location and arrived within 72 hours. It was well packed and had no damage from shipping. This item is HEAVY, so I was surprised.I am learning Wing Chun as an individual study, so I don't take lessons. I've wanted one since Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story, when I was in 2nd grade. Many years later, I finally purchased one.The price cannot be beat! Others are being sold for $750-$1500, so at $500ish with taxes, it was a steal. The base is sturdy, especially for carpeted apartment floors.Great product, I highly recommend it.

Love it!
Great piece! Nice wood. Solid, and I appreciate that they give you extra wooden pins for the arms. Some notes:1) This piece is free-standing. It isn't going to be as solid and stable as one that's bolted to the wall; but if that's not an option for you (i.e., if you don't have a concrete wall available that's strong enough), then this is a very good free-standing option.2) I had trouble attaching the upper (horizontal) diagonal brace, but solved that problem with a trip to the hardware store to buy a longer bolt and a couple dozen or so washers to make a stack the height of the lower diagonal brace. It was straight-forward once I had those new parts, and it works well now!Overall, loving this device! The three padded bands are an added bonus, much appreciated.

Decent Dummy
The media could not be loaded. I specifically purchased this dummy for a few reasons:1. It's reasonably affordable compared to some other options.2. I could get it quick.3. With this type of mount, you can step right up to the base of the dummy - important for footwork.Pros:-[Again] Affordable-Solid. This thing is over 100 lbs of solid wood.-The appendages square slot into the dummy, so strikes and deflections correctly simulate locking a joint.-The provided pads provide a fair degree of absorbtion.-It comes with a few extra pieces of hardware.Cons:-Cracks are presnt. The base is turned from a single piece of wood, so there's going to be cracks. No way to get around that with this type of construction. Hopefully they dont expand, but that may depend on the humidity in your area.-The holes are sloppy - definitely not true square, but good enough for government work once you clean it up.-You WILL need sandbags to hold it down from moving too much.-You'll also need a monkey wrench, normal wrench, and a chisel for assembly and clean up.Things the manufacturer can improve:-Half lap the rear lateral supports to overlap. I do not like that they simply stack over each other. I could barely get the bolt on.-Recess the six bolt holes at the front of the dummy. I can see someone hitting a protruding bolt head by accident.Ultimatum:Overall a good purchase. If you have some basic tools, you can make it work with relative ease.
