Yogi Herbal Teas, Relaxed Mind, 16 ea

I've tried a great deal of calming/relaxing teas to unwind after a long stressful day. This is the absolute best I've found. It even helps with tension headaches for me. Bad PMS? This tea will even help with those nasty mood swings. Seriously, I've tried those type teas as well and this one helps more than any of those. It doesn't taste bad at all. I do add a tiny bit of honey. I also let it steep (covered) in the mug for the maximum amount of time indicated in the instructions. I only use one tea bag and find it works well without requiring two bags for the desired results. It can make you a little drowsy if you're already tired. I definitely wouldn't recommend trying to drive or anything like that after drinking this tea. It doesn't knock you out, but it's probably not safe to drive after having a cup. It's hard to find in my local grocery stores so I'm willing to pay the extra cost on Amazon to keep this in stock at home. In my opinion, it's absolutely worth it.

I have very high anxiety, and also suffer from depression! My mind races, and 1000 things can literally go through my mind in minutes! I read about herbal teas, and searched Amazon for them, and decided to give this tea a try! I was expecting anything from it, but to my surprise, I could tell the difference after the first cup, I was actually more relaxed, then I had been in years, my mind was clearer, then it had been, in a long timeI I drink a cup in the morning, and a cup, about an hour before I go to sleep, no more mind racing thinking about things, that I've never experienced! This Tea Works!!! Now, my Sister is hooked, since I gave her a box, and told her to try it! She was the primary caregiver , for my mom during the last 3 yrs, before mom' s death, and she had a hard time sleeping, because she was exhausted , and couldn't turn her mind off, for worrying about what the next day, would hold! She drank one cup, skeptically, and wound up using the whole box,and getting more. She said it relaxed her mind more then, it's been in 5 yrs, and she's still drinking it! I recommend putting a little honey in it, to make the taste more pleasant .

I enjoy this tea because it is really mild tasting and very relaxing during any time of the day or evening. I usually drink it after dinner to relax, but I have used it during a stressful work day. This is a delicious drink that is very effective. It will not make you drowsy, just relaxed. I have used this tea by Yogi for about 10 years. It used to be named Meditation Tea, but they changed the name to Relaxed Mind Tea.

This Yogi tea is the best flavor I have tried and I have tried most Yogi, the best tea around! The flavor is so aromatic and refreshing, great before bed every night🌙

I love teas. Teas are my obsession. I purchased the Relaxed Mind to do what it says. It does relax you although the Sage aroma is a bit strong and can be tasted. It is not too bad.
