How to make my pussycat happy! He is not a natural hunter, but he does love me giving him his fish straight from the box, packet and all and he spends a good 10 minutes throwing it around and hunting it before ripping it from the packet (after piercing it first to suck the oils out 😋) and devouring it. It obviously tastes fantastic or Seth wouldn’t try to get to them wherever they are - I have to keep them in the fridge to stop him from being able to eat the entire box of a dozen at once. 😂😂😂 They are decent quality loin steaks that look and smell like tuna as well as flaking once he starts biting into them. You might think that they are a bit on the hard side when you first see them and touch them, but that is obviously part of the preservation process. They provide a decent source of protein for your cat and I can tell by the way he growls at me if I go near him while he is “hunting” his prey that they are his favourite type of treat. I follow his lead and, if they are able to bring out his full primal response in that way, they must be good. (The photo is the mackerel when he was little but you can see how it looks out of the packet and the quality of their fish)
