Jobst Relief 20-30 Closed Toe Beige Compression Pantyhose, Small

I wish I would have purchased these FIRST. Instead, the price put me off and I bought cheap ones. Now I'm worried that I messed up my spider vein treatment. The $22 ones feel like the tights you wear under a cute skirt, not something that is supposed to provide medical compression. These Jobst pantyhose were so hard to get on my FEET! But once I got them past the heel, it was easy and it was instantly apparent these were the proper ones to wear. You can feel the compression all over, they're comfortable, they don't sag, you don't have to pull them up all day. They work!

These are quality compression hose that I bought for a post sclerotherapy procedure. I like the reinforced toe and heel. They are durable and comfortable.

I love these compression stockings, they are really effective and durable. I prefer the high waist because when I wear knee highs my feet and ankles will be fine but my knees will still swell. I wear them when I stand for long periods of time at work, and when I travel on planes or long car rides as well. The waistband can be a little uncomfortable when sitting but it beats swelling in the legs. They are definitely quite thick so they are durable but can be a bit warm, so keep that in mind. The 20-30 mmHg can also be a bit difficult to put on, it took a few times before I got quicker at it, but it's still not really easy.. you might need help or one of those donning aids (i've never tried one). maybe try a lower compression if it's your first pair. I've gotten several pairs now so I definitely recommend. (Make sure you actually measure for the right fit and throw out any pairs when they wear out/run because it can actually cause more swelling in those cases!)

Very effective and good price. But decided to go with Jobst For Men thigh-high version with higher end fabric. Augmenting with CompressionZ compression shorts, as compression in full pantyhose is much less at waist than at feet—but CompressionZ shorts are true compression anyway. Big plus is that thigh high stockings don’t have to be removed to sit on a toilet. And the Jobst thigh high version does not slip. Also reaches all the way to torso on legs.

Wow! I spent $77 for compression hose to have it last only 2 weeks, aka 12 shifts/100 hours. So disappointed! I bought this exact pair more than a year ago and that pair lasted pushing 18 months before the waist elastic started slipping and I had to always be pulling them up to adjust the sag. So I came back to buy a new pair-- given my experience with how well they worked, I doubled down on paying the premium price knowing it'd be worth it -- and yet this brand new pair lasted barely one week before the shifting sag started to happen in the waist/hop areas. Quite annoying and also very unprofessional to be on the floor of a high-end restaurant adjusting and fiddling with a waistband or desperately trying to ignore it and feeling totally uncomfortable and dishevled (I bartend so I can't usually step away). Then, this weekend in a run of double shifts, the left foot springs a hole in the toe area!!!!!!!!! The old pair had 10Xs more use and had zero of these issues out of the gate or ever!! This is horrible!!! Did they change their manufacturer or materials or patterns??!!! I need another pair to replace these brand new ones -- worn so little they even yet have the manufactured folded crease marks -- so it's pitiful!! But I can't justify buying another pair of Jobst for nearly $80.... I guess I should try the cheaper generic brands?!!

These pantyhose solved the problem I had with thigh highs that wouldn't stay up. I tried a garter belt, but the stockings still rolled down on the insides of my thighs, making it very uncomfortable, especially when seated. These stay up all day (worn with underwear over them, not under) , they don't move and even using the restroom is not a problem. Yes, they are tight, and they are hard to get on, but once they're on, they stay on. I use a donning butler to get one leg on (bad hip) and just pull the second leg up the usual way. I believe I would try using two donning devices simultaneously if both hips were painful. Open toes won't stay put, so closed toe works best for me. When using the restroom, or for doffing, just peel the panty down as far as necessary without gathering the fabric. Helps to have a rough surface to adjust the heel as you are putting them on. Also, the price is great.

Like a lot of others, I have varicose veins. My problem veins are right behind my knee, making knee high compression socks ineffective. I have thigh highs, but they don't always stay up well unless I have them positioned just right on my thighs. The only issue I have with the full length pantyhose is that sometimes the band on the stomach rolls, which can be uncomfortable. I LOVE how I feel wearing these after a long day at work. Without any compression, my legs feel heavy after 9 hours on my feet at work, I'm dragging and just downright tired. With knee highs, I still drag a little after 9-10 hours at work. With these pantyhose, I come home with energy to spare. The difference in my energy level and how I feel is remarkable! I don't want to ever take them off, because I feel so good when wearing them. As soon as I get my next check, I'll be investing in another two pairs so I don't have to wear the thigh highs or knee highs at all anymore, I won't risk over taxing the elastic on these by wearing the same pair so much. At local medical supply stores, these are $70-$80 easy, so getting them online for $54 is a steal!

To first make an appointment at a medical clinic, devoted to the diagnosis and management of varicose veins and their associated problems. They will measure your legs for the correct size and pressure needed. I work full time as Nurse. I wear a "Fit-bit" that measures how many steps I take during my shift. I reach the 10,000 step quota each day. Amazing ! What does that do to my legs and feet each day, walking on the hard floor in the hospital, and gravity keeping me on the ground ~ Plenty !
