Would a sg100 griddle sitting on top of 3 burner (denali) stove fit in this bag?

Yes, it would fit, however, your bag would probably get shredded by the weight of the griddle sloshing around in the bag. If I were to rate the bag now, I'd likely give it 1 or 2 stars because one of the wheel casings cracked after 3 uses - and, I didn't abuse it either.
