This kite looks great in the sky. Made well, did not need to adjust it or modify, just put together and go play.I did not use the string, i use a fishing pole with braided fishing line, easy to reel in and let line out as needed.

got this to fly on the beach. there are days that you have a very steady wind at the beach and it takes a good kite to fly on those days. this kite is not one of them. it is made to use on the day with little wind. with the right wind it is very easy to fly(that was the first day). but on the second day the wind was pretty constant. after putting it up I could tell that it would not work because it would just spin out of control. I tried twice to get it to fly but the just gave up. when I started to take it apart i noticed that the two clips that hold the cross bars had broken off, so just after the second time flying it,it was broke.it would be nice to hear back from someone on this.

The kit once repaired flew beautifully. It says in the air with little to no wind and my 5 year old grandson was able to contr it easily even with ALL of the string let out. Great kite

It comes in a handy bag with everything you need to fly a kite, including the string, and gloves to protect your hands.It's really easy to assemble and the kite wants to take flight with the slightest breeze.Flying a kite is very relaxing and a lot of fun.I'm waiting for a really windy day to get it to soar to new heights.
